Welcome to Takyiwah's Jewels — your destination for handcrafted West African waist beads made with love and intention in the USA. We appreciate your support and want to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
- Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Options & Rates (U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class): 3–5 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at takyiwahsjewels@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
- If your package is delayed more than 10 business days beyond the expected delivery window, feel free to contact us so we can help.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We also do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
